  • In-App Workouts – Access your personalized workouts any time and any place. With in-app progress tracking and workout scheduling options, you’ll have all the tools you need to succeed.
  • Form Reviews & Guidance – Send me videos of your exercises or meet me in-person for form feedback and adjustments. We want to ensure you perform movements safely and effectively to maximize results.
  • Periodized Program Updates – Your program evolves with your progress. As you grow stronger and more experienced, I’ll continuously adjust your workouts to challenge you and keep you advancing toward your goals.
  • Fitness Education and Empowerment – Learn the “why” behind your training program — understand the importance of each movement and the science behind your training to develop a deeper purpose to your health and progress.
